The Zulia state flag carries three colors: a deep cerulean blue representing Lake Maracaibo and the sky, black for the oil wealth beneath the earth, and a bold golden sun with a lightning bolt — the region's symbol of energy and resilience. White frames the coat of arms. These four tones anchor the entire design system of this portfolio.
